About this role
Responsibilities: • Responsible for the acquisition of New-To-Bank (NTB) and New-To-Premier (NTP) customers for International Wealth Premier Banking and Premier Private Client • Cross-sell the OCBC Premier Banking value proposition to the target client segment • Build and independently maintain effective customer acquisition sources • Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with the Bank’s internal stakeholders and external partners to drive quality acquisitions • Develop and foster strategic tie ups with potential referral partners • Actively engage partners to generate a consistent pipeline of prospects • Ability to convert leads into sales • Drive funding and wealth sales conversion • Perform customer onboarding via face-to-face meetings or digital onboarding • Meet the compliance and control standards set in the end-to-end onboarding process • Conduct all required KYC, AML procedures and documentations • Deliver best in class customer service to all internal and external customers Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of related working experience • Diploma or Degree holder with banking or sales experience preferred • Confident individual with good networking skills and matured personality to handle affluent market segment • Good relationship building skills and with an entrepreneur mindset • Highly driven and positively motivated to over-achieve assigned targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to travel for work, if required • Converse proficiently to effectively liaise with clients from respective market (e.g. Mandarin for North Asia market, Bahasa for Indonesia market, Vietnamese for Vietnam market, Thai for Thai Market etc.) and proficient in English language
