Responsibilities Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to: • Cover teaching duties at The Winstedt School. • Direct teaching and apply appropriate and effective teaching methodology to our students. • Provide support to the class and ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment. • Assist in development of teaching aids and resources, which include setting up the classroom and other appropriate facilities. • Collect learning data and assess each child’s functional and educational needs. • Contribute and provide professional feedback during the day. • Adhere to The Winstedt School policies and procedures. • Ensure that code of conduct remains professional and ethical. • All sensitive documents, personal notes, and communication related to students is kept private and confidential. • Work cooperatively and effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders of the School. Requirements • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education. • At least 2 years of teaching experience in an international school setting. • Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) practices and the application of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles. • Passion for working with students and fostering an inclusive, student-centred learning environment. • Confident in using technology to enrich teaching and learning. • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. • Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills. • Well-organised with effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic school environment. Work Schedule • Ad-hoc basis • School hours are from Mondays to Fridays, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
