Job Summary: This role supports the repair and maintenance operations within our client's aerospace division, ensuring administrative tasks are managed efficiently to support our engineering and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities: • Administrative Coordination: Manage repair documentation, including work orders, repair logs, and compliance records. Ensure all paperwork adheres to company protocols and aerospace industry standards. • Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of repair activities, maintenance checks, and inspections with minimal disruption to operations. • Communication: Act as the liaison between repair teams, parts suppliers, and external contractors. Provide updates on repair statuses to relevant departments. • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of parts used for repairs, liaising with procurement for timely restocking to avoid delays in maintenance schedules. • Quality and Compliance: Ensure all repair work complies with FAA regulations and other relevant standards. Assist in quality checks and documentation required for certification of repairs. • Reporting: Generate regular reports on repair activities, inventory levels, and compliance status for management review. • Ad-hoc Support: Address any administrative queries related to repairs and assist in the continuous improvement of repair processes. Qualifications: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field is beneficial. Experience: • At least 1 year in an administrative role, with experience in a technical or manufacturing environment preferred. • Familiarity with aerospace or similar regulated industries is advantageous. Skills: • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or maintenance management systems is a plus. • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Attributes: • Knowledge of maintenance or repair processes. • Experience with temporary roles or adaptability to new environments quickly. • Certification in administration or project management.
