The position will focus on the development and study of ultrafast nanodevices operating at the frontier of electronics and photonics. Key Responsibilities: • Theoretical and numerical analysis of electronic and photonic devices. • Cleanroom fabrication of micro and nano-devices • Experimental characterization of electronic and photonic devices. • General support to i–Lab@NTU Job Requirements: • PhD qualification degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field • Background in design, fabrication and characterization of electronic or photonic devices/circuits • Strong publication record in device physics/engineering • Good written and oral communication skills We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
