About this role

Key Responsibilities: The candidate will study theoretically forward and inverse uncertainty quantification problems for partial differential equations, and multiscale partial differential equations. The candidate will develop efficient numerical methods for solving the problems, and implement the numerical algorithms to verify the theoretical results. Job Requirements: • Applicants should possess a PhD degree or have satisfied all the requirements for a PhD degree in Mathematics. • Applicants should have deep knowledge in numerical analysis of partial differential equations, and should be competent at implementing complicated numerical algorithms.
