Resident Engineer

• Lead on-site supervision of construction activities to enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards • Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and workmanship to verify adherence to project specifications and quality requirements • Facilitate clear and timely communication between clients, contractors, and project teams to align project objectives and resolve issues • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of daily activities, progress, and inspection reports to support project tracking and evaluation • Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and uphold standards • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to integrate project components and achieve cohesive execution • Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to assess construction processes and recommend improvements • Manage multiple tasks effectively by prioritizing responsibilities and meeting project deadlines • Analyse on-site challenges promptly and develop practical solutions to maintain project momentum • Communicate complex technical information clearly in both written and verbal formats to diverse stakeholders • Exercise meticulous attention to detail to identify discrepancies and uphold quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or M&E • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the capacity of RE for supervision of building projects in Singapore. • Good communication skills • Accreditation of C&S RE Certificate by IES
