Company Overview Greenwood Fish Market is a family-run seafood restaurant and market specialising in cold water seafood from global suppliers. We offer unique selections like giant halibuts and over 25 oyster varieties, serving customers at Bukit Timah and Quayside Isle locations. Job Summary You will manage guest reservations, welcome and seat diners, provide menu information, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Receive and confirm walk-in, phone, and online reservations accurately to manage guest flow • Greet guests promptly upon arrival and manage waiting lists when necessary • Provide guests with menus and answer their initial questions clearly • Escort diners to their tables and ensure they receive menus promptly • Assign guests to preferred tables while maintaining balanced table rotation for fair server workload • Engage with guests during their meal to confirm satisfaction with food and service • Respond to guest complaints calmly and assist in resolving issues effectively • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to assist guests and support service staff • Support other restaurant positions as needed to maintain smooth operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced restaurant environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Other Information Benefits • Salary range: S$13 to S$16 per hour, commensurate with experience Locations • Bukit Timah: 34 Greenwood Ave, S289236 • Quayside Isle: 31 Ocean Way #01-02 to 05, S098375
