Job Summary You will manage guest reservations, welcome and seat diners, provide menu information, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Receive and confirm walk-in, phone, and online reservations accurately to manage guest flow • Greet guests promptly upon arrival and manage waiting lists when necessary • Provide guests with menus and answer their initial questions clearly • Escort diners to their tables and ensure they receive menus promptly • Assign guests to preferred tables while maintaining balanced table rotation for fair server workload • Engage with guests during their meal to confirm satisfaction with food and service • Respond to guest complaints calmly and assist in resolving issues effectively • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to assist guests and support service staff • Support other restaurant positions as needed to maintain smooth operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced restaurant environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Other Information Benefits • Salary range: S$13 to S$16 per hour, commensurate with experience Locations • Bukit Timah: 34 Greenwood Ave, S289236 • Quayside Isle: 31 Ocean Way #01-02 to 05, S098375
