Job Summary You will engage customers at a retail counter in a prestigious department store, providing friendly service and support. Training will be provided to help you communicate effectively and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers at the retail counter to enhance their shopping experience • Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to support customer interactions and service delivery • Maintain a pleasant and approachable demeanor to foster positive customer relationships • Adapt to work schedules including weekends and occasional afternoon shifts as required • Participate in training sessions to develop skills and product knowledge Preferred competencies and qualifications • Ability to converse in both English and Chinese languages to support diverse customer needs • Pleasant personality to create a welcoming environment for customers Other Information • Work schedule includes a 5-day work week with weekend and occasional afternoon shifts • The position is located within a prestigious department store retail counter
