Breo is looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team and bring relaxation to the world with our premium travel massagers! The Role: Reporting to the Operation Manager. Managing day-to-day store operations. Delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers. Your Responsibilities: ✔ Operate and manage the retail store. ✔ Promote and demonstrate Breo travel massagers to tourist & walk-in. ✔ Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively. ✔ Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling. ✔ Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks. ✔ Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters. ✔ Address customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service. ✔ Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups. ✔ Maintain accurate daily sales records. ✔ Ensure the store is clean and well-organized. ✔ Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements: ✅ GCE 'O' Level with at least 1 years of retail experience. ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills. ✅ Passionate about sales and customer engagement. ✅ Self-driven and motivated to grow in a retail career. ✅ Target-driven with a strong sales mindset. ✅ Able to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays.
