Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop and to ensure that the products are well-presented and in accordance with brand and visual-merchandising identity. • Mantaining strong floor presence to ensure each customer experience is positive. • Actively work with garments - replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying, and merchandising. • Follow sales routines, policies, and guidelines, and assist in achieving store sales targets. • Recognize sales opportunities and maximize the revenue. • Work closely with Store Operations team on stocks related activities. • Adhoc duties as assigned. Requirements: • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail. • Able to work retail hours and commit to at least 2 days per week. • Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and a team player. • People-oriented and possess a positive working attitude. • Experience in concierge services is a plus.
