Retail Executive

Job Summary: Sell coffee related products to customers by providing product information, demonstrating functionalities, and guiding them through the sales process. Responsibilities: • Promote and sell coffee machines/ capsules & other accessories to customers. • Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs. • Provide product information and demonstrate machine functionalities. • Help customers choose the right coffee machine. • Address customer inquiries and concerns. • Provide after-sales support and build customer relationships. Requirements: • Those with sales experience, or coffee & related field would be an added advantage. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Able to work 5 days/ week (including weekends/ PH) • Able to work retail shift hours (between 10am - 10pm) • Comfortable with travelling to different outlets as necessary. *Please note that this is a 1-year contract position, renewable or convertible.
