Work Location: Tuas Link Work Hour: 7.30am – 5pm (Multiple breaks in between) Salary: Basic up to $4000 + Variable Bonus Job Description • Handle customer enquiries and provide professional support • Process quotation & invoices promptly and accurately • Coordinate with sales, operations and technical teams for order fulfilment • Liaise with vendors to procure parts for operations • Support payment collection activities with sales team • Resolve problems related to quotations and order processing • Respond to customer requests and service needs effectively • Perform other commercial duties as assigned by manager Requirements • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification • 2 years' experience in sales quotation, customer service or commercial support • Experience with quotations, order processing and invoicing • Familiarity with ERP or invoicing systems preferred Email resume to chiewjie@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 87848422 (No calling, thanks!)
