SALES AND ACCOUNTS INTERN

We are an importer, wholesaler and distributor of international vegetable goods. We are looking for interns to support us in finance, accounts and wholesale sales. Location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre 7 min walk from Haw Par Villa Mrt Station Circle Line Job title: Sales and Accounts Intern Job scope: - Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders - Support day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, customer follow-ups, stocktaking - Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and pricing lists - Assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliation of sales and stocks, and filing of financial documents - Assist in tracing accounts receivable and payable, and following up on outstanding payments - Prepare simple sales and financial reports using Excel or accounting software - Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, or finance) to ensure accurate order fulfilment - Assist in checking receivable goods are in good condition. - Any other ad-hoc as assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed education in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related fields - Basic understanding of sales processes and accounting principles - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications - Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle numbers accurately - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to learn and take initiative - Non-user of e-cigarettes and cigarettes. - Willing to hands on. - Prior internship or part-time experience in sales or accounting is an advantage but not required
