Job Summary The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive revenue growth by converting enquiries into projects, enhancing brand presence, and supporting project and management teams with structured marketing and client-experience workflows across construction and water-feature divisions. Responsibilities • Convert inbound enquiries from WhatsApp, website, referrals, and walk-ins into confirmed projects by engaging clients and managing follow-ups until deal closure • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and prepare detailed briefs for project estimation • Generate proposal and prepare accurate cost estimates and present proposals that clarify scope and encourage client commitment • Upsell maintenance packages for ponds and waterproofing solutions to increase recurring revenue • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) by creating consistent content including project progress updates, before-and-after visuals, testimonials, and educational posts • Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars and coordinate campaigns with management to strengthen Doublet Group’s brand across all divisions • Utilize designers or AI tools to produce engaging visual content as needed • Liaise with Project Managers to ensure client expectations align with project scope and provide timely updates on progress and milestones • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of project documentation including quotations, variation orders, and invoices • Support project handover, warranty documentation, and after-sales follow-ups to maintain high client satisfaction • Monitor market trends in renovation, A&A, and waterproofing to identify new client segments and business opportunities • Build and maintain a pipeline of B2B partnerships and represent Doublet Group at networking events and homeowner expos as required Required competencies and certifications • At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or renovation sectors • Strong communication skills to engage corporate clients, homeowners, consultants, and MCST representatives effectively • Demonstrated discipline in client follow-up and lead response management • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and producing basic marketing content • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and perform under pressure during peak project periods Preferred competencies and qualifications • Familiarity with renovation and A&A processes (training provided) • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, or relevant disciplines that will be contributing to the growth of the role Other Information Remuneration • Base salary • Commission per confirmed project • Year-end bonus based on group profit • Allowances for travel and phone Career Progression • Sales & Marketing Executive → Assistant Manager → Manager • Opportunities to specialize in Project Sales (A&A / Renovation), Waterproofing Specialist Sales, Pond & Water Feature Sales Consultant, or Marketing Lead for Doublet Group • This role is designed for long-term leadership development within Doublet’s second-tier management
