Job Summary As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will drive customer engagement and enrolment growth by managing enquiries, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and conducting market research to expand the client base and promote educational programmes. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in appointments to support enrolment processes • Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into enrolments • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, internet, and other media platforms to increase brand awareness • Make cold calls to identify and engage potential clients in relevant market sectors • Scout and analyze the market environment to identify opportunities for sales portfolio growth • Manage and update the company website and social media platforms to support marketing objectives • Create and disseminate awareness materials for ongoing and upcoming projects • Conduct market research on competitors to inform strategic marketing decisions • Utilize the e-procurement portal Gebiz for relevant marketing and procurement activities • Work independently with accountability to achieve assigned goals • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing or Public Relations roles • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences • Skilled in marketing across online and offline platforms • Interest in the education sector • Proficient in English and Chinese language Note: 1) Selected applicant is to undergo a six months' attachment 2) Applicants are required to only apply through the MCF portal.
