About this role
Duties & Responsibilities • Support the Sales Team in preparing tender documents to meet requirements and enhance tender success. • Assist with new sales order creation, including quotations and opening Sales Orders; follow up on expiring contracts and process termination requests as needed. • Provide administrative support for sales commission-related tasks. • Generate sales reports from SAP and CRM systems to provide visibility on sales revenue. • Manage and coordinate the Sales Team’s calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts. • Oversee pre-event and post-event logistics, including arranging F&B, to ensure successful client visits and internal meetings. • Coordinate business travel arrangements, such as overseas seminars, when required. • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Skills & Experience • Minimum “O”/“A” Level or Diploma qualification. • At least 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams for calendar management. • Detail-oriented, task-focused, and a collaborative team player. • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Experience with SAP and CRM software is an advantage. • The office location is at Commonwealth.
