SALES CUM DRIVER

Job Summary Deliver paper and stationery products safely and on time while supporting sales and operational activities. Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate deliveries and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities • Deliver paper and stationery products safely and punctually to customers • Load and unload goods carefully to ensure accurate delivery quantities • Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers through direct engagement • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and retail outlets to support sales growth • Collect payments and obtain delivery acknowledgements as required to ensure transaction accuracy • Handle and care for products properly during transportation to prevent damage • Maintain cleanliness and perform basic upkeep of the company vehicle for operational readiness • Coordinate delivery schedules and customer orders with warehouse and sales teams to optimize logistics • Monitor stock movement and report customer feedback or market information to management for business insights • Support daily operational and sales activities as needed to maintain smooth business functions Required competencies and certifications • Possess a valid driving license to operate company vehicles safely and legally Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in wholesale, paper, or stationery industry to enhance product knowledge and customer service • Hold a Class 3 driving license (or relevant local license) to meet specific vehicle operation requirements • Knowledge of simple invoicing and delivery documentation to support accurate order processing • Proven experience in delivery driving and/or sales to improve efficiency and customer engagement • Familiarity with local routes and delivery procedures to optimize delivery schedules • Basic understanding of sales and inventory handling to assist in operational tasks • Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers and teams • Responsible, punctual, and physically fit to meet job demands • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
