Company Overview United Power & Resources Pte Ltd, established in 1992, provides emergency and uninterrupted power supply to construction, mining, manufacturing, shipbuilding, marine, and MICE industries in Singapore. Operations also extend to China, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Job Summary Drive business growth by identifying new clients and managing sales for temporary power supply and HVAC systems. Prepare technical proposals, coordinate projects, and maintain client relationships to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base • Prepare detailed quotations and technical proposals for temporary generator power supply, HVAC, chiller, and cooling tower systems to diverse industries • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high client satisfaction • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business • Deliver results by meeting or exceeding revenue and performance targets • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to support business planning • Coordinate and manage short-term temporary power supply and distribution projects with internal teams Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering, Instrumentation and Automation, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or Business Administration • Experience in electrical power distribution and HVAC knowledge or strong customer contacts in relevant fields considered if formal qualifications are not held • 3-5 years of experience in Marine Offshore, shipyard, Power Generation, M&E, or Utilities industries preferred • Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset • Possession of Class 3 Driving License and ownership of a vehicle
