Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Executive Trainee who is a highly motivated strategic thinker to accelerate our commercial pipeline and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchisee network and hunting for strategic corporate partnerships to drive our growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia. To support our aggressive revenue and network scaling models, this attachment integrates the trainee directly into our commercial business development division, focusing on proactive lead generation, B2B client acquisition, and learning the fundamentals of high-value contract negotiations and deal-structuring. Specific Responsibilities • Proactively researching, identifying, and qualifying new franchisee networks and strategic corporate partnership opportunities. • Preparing, organizing, and presenting business development progress and expansion reports to manager. • Managing and optimizing active partner relationships to maintain alignment with the company's long-term corporate objectives. • Negotiating commercial business terms and structural agreements with potential partners to ensure mutual value. • Working collaboratively with internal cross-functional units, including marketing, product, and operations, to support partnership deployment projects. Technical Skills and Competencies • Ability to identify, evaluate, and develop prospective franchise pipelines and strategic brand partnerships within the regional market. • Developing core B2B sales capabilities and professional communication techniques to conduct strategic dialogues with external commercial entities. • Gaining practical experience in contract deal structuring and commercial negotiations to secure high-value brand agreements. • Learning to coordinate partnership lifecycles and establish collaborative project workflows alongside internal product and operational business functions.
