Job Description 1.Conduct cold-calls to potential clients to identify qualified leads for the commercial teams 2. Proactively source and qualify new leads to support the commercial team's pipeline growth and client acquisition efforts. 3. Provide support to the sales team by assisting with data entry and updates in Salesforce to streamline client onboarding and ensure timely account activation. 4. Ensure a timely and accurate dispatch of contracts and account creation documentation. 5. Execute and maintain sales processes with precision, adhering strictly to defined SOPs. 6. Collaborate closely with the commercial, finance and operations teams including the business unit head and managerto ensure alignment in SOP execution.
