Company Overview The client is a UK-based multinational operating across Europe, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. They specialize in producing unique fragrances and flavors with precision and rapid market response. Job Summary You will support staff and customers by managing order processing, verifying pricing and margins, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with trade regulations. Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to staff and customers to facilitate smooth operations • Verify selling prices and profit margins before processing customer orders to ensure accuracy • Manage external correspondence and communication with customers and partners • Process customer requests, orders, deliveries, and invoices accurately and timely • Prepare and organize shipping documents to comply with shipment requirements • Liaise with shipping agents to obtain shipment quotations based on Incoterms for cost-effective logistics • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for finished goods collection to ensure timely delivery • Update sales quotations to reflect current pricing and terms • Assist in applying for Cost Statements from Singapore Customs to support customs clearance • Apply for Form D or Form E from forwarders for all Asia customers to facilitate preferential trade benefits • Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the team’s daily functions Required competencies and certifications • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage documentation and communication • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in administrative or logistics support roles Preferred competencies and qualifications • GCE O Level or Diploma qualification Other Information Benefits • Company transport provided to and from Buangkok MRT and Sembawang MRT • Group hospital, surgical, and outpatient insurance coverage No employment agents please.
