About this role
Key Responsibilities• Drive sales growth for aluminium doors, windows, slimline systems, and architectural solutions • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting landed homeowners, developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and business development activities • Conduct client consultations, product presentations, and project discussions • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts • Coordinate closely with operations, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution • Build long-term relationships with clients and industry partners • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting records Requirements• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in construction, renovation, building materials, aluminium systems, façade, windows/doors, or related industries • Strong network within Singapore’s renovation, landed property, or construction sector is an advantage • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently • Ability to understand technical drawings and architectural requirements is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools • Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage Preferred Qualities• Experience handling high-net-worth homeowners or premium residential projects • Strong understanding of modern architectural trends and luxury home expectations • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and accountability • Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving company environment
