About the Job• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational backing to the sales consultancy team. • Coordinate with financial professionals to facilitate medical appointments and gather necessary KYC/financial records. • Represent the firm at client meetings or medical screenings when consultants are unavailable. • Act as a primary liaison between banking partners and clients regarding application status and policy handovers. • Manage the formal submission of all insurance application paperwork. • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and ensure CRM systems reflect current meeting data. • Verify that all client files adhere strictly to internal and external regulatory compliance standards. • Oversee the entire lifecycle of a case, including direct negotiation with underwriters to reach completion. • Partner with client service teams to finalize timely annual portfolio reviews. • Collaborate daily with internal technical teams regarding policy illustrations and active accounts. • Develop tailored visual presentations and comparative product analyses for high-level client engagements.
