About the client: Our client is a reputed MNC Responsibilities: • Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams (technical and non-technical) to understand business requirements, propose optimal solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. • Oversee the integration of Salesforce FSC with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and robust system architecture. • Provide expert guidance on the configuration of FSC features such as ARC, Household accounts, Action Plans, Life Events, and more, ensuring solutions are optimized for client needs. Skills/Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant technology • 12+ years of experience in technology (product and engineering), with at least 4+ years specializing in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). • Extensive expertise in the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform, including architecture, configuration, and implementation. • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification required. • Proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. • Deep understanding of FSC-specific data models, managed packages, and platform features (Household accounts, Person accounts, ARC, Life Events, Action Plans). • Expertise in designing and developing complex solutions leveraging both declarative and programmatic capabilities within Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Orchestrator, and integrations.
