Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Lead

Job Description ·      We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Lead to drive the transformation of talent management capabilities for enterprise clients. ·       In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent solutions, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to enable data-driven workforce strategies and sustainable organizational change.  Key Responsibilities ·      Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules, including: Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development  ·      Translate HR strategies and business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions  ·      Provide functional leadership across projects, ensuring high-quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment  ·      Drive talent transformation initiatives, including adoption strategies and change management  ·      Collaborate with HR leaders, technical teams, and integration partners for seamless delivery ·       Mentor and coach team members, promoting high performance and capability development  ·      Support solution proposals, estimations, and thought leadership in Oracle HCM Talent Required  Qualifications ·       10+ years of experience in HR transformation or HCM consulting, with a strong focus on Talent Management  ·      Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud Talent implementations  ·      Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and career frameworks  ·      Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders  ·      Ability to convert business requirements into functional solutions  ·      Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills  ·      Experience working in complex, global, multi-country environments  ·      Preferred Qualifications:: Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management  ·      Certification Experience in workforce transformation and future-of-work initiatives  ·      Exposure to HR analytics or other Oracle HCM modules
