Role: Salesforce Team Lead/ Manager Job Requisition Number: AB-037 Job Level: Minimum 8-12years of Relevant experience. Location: Malaysia Candidates should possess expertise in ONE ofthe following tracks: • Track 1A & 1B: Sales Cloud + Marketing Cloud + Integration delivery • Track 2: Service Cloud + Agent force + Experience Cloud delivery Responsibilities: • Independently lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions • Lead integration design between Salesforce and third-party platforms • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders • Coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams, vendors, and project managers • Support SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and delivery standards • Lead and mentor junior consultants and developers Core Skill Requirements: Track 1A — Sales Cloud Technical & Integration • Strong experience leading Sales Cloud projects • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications such as WhatsApp, Google, and Meta. • Hands-on expertise in Apex, APIs, integration patterns, and data migration/synchronization • Experience with lead management and customer engagement integrations is preferred Track 1B — Marketing Cloud Functional & Technical • Strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Experience leading lead nurturing and customer journey implementations • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and external platforms • Familiarity with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, segmentation, and API integrations • Understanding of customer engagement and lead lifecycle processes • Data Cloud experience is preferred Track 2 — Service Cloud, Agentforce & Experience Cloud • Strong functional and technical expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Experience Cloud • Experience leading Service Cloud and Experience Cloud projects • Experience with chatbot, portal, and digital servicing enhancements • Familiarity with Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and Digital Engagement Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any field • Minimum 9 years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or delivery experience • Proven experience independently leading Salesforce delivery projects • Experience managing teams of at least 4 team members • Strong consulting experience in client-facing environments • Familiarity with insurance business processes and customer journeys • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work independently across regional and cross-functional teams • Experience preparing technical and functional design documents • Salesforce certifications preferred
