Roles & Responsibilities§ Understand the needs of business and the business vision. Articulate technology vision/roadmap and how is it applicable to business for finance domain. § Defining and articulating solutions for projects, including business, application, data and infrastructure impacts along with testing and implementation considerations. § Play a key role in defining the Scalable Enterprise Architecture and Engineering guidelines as per industry best practices. § Orchestrate and deliver solution for SAP AP, AR,CO solutions within SAP S/4 HANA Finance domain. § Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design, including invoicing, vendor management, payment, returns, billing, invoicing, collections, and dispute management for financial accounting and compliance requirements § Ensure compliance with financial regulations, credit controls, accounting standards and company policies. § Identify opportunities to automate Finance processes and improve operational efficiency § Exposure to SAP Central Finance or shared service models. § Ensure alignment with business performance management and reporting needs § Lead functional workstream in SAP S/4HANAimplementations, rollouts, and transformation programs § Conduct and mentor workshops to gather and analyse business requirements for financial track. § Translate requirements into functional design and configuration specifications § Orchestrate solution which works across FI, MM,SD, PP, QM and cross-functional areas to ensure end-to-end integration § Design and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects for enhancements, interfaces, and integrations Technical Expertise§ Drive and Lead SAPS/4 HANA Finance related key processes, including: » Account Payable, Account Receivable and Controlling » Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (O2C)lifecycle processes » Make to Order, Make to Stock processes » Customer invoicing, collections, and credit management » SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management –Credit, Collections, Dispute Management) » SAP Fiori applications for AR monitoring and collections » Cash application automation tools and AI-based matching solutions » Asset Accounting and REFX » Fund Management and Grant Management Role Requirement§ Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline. § Over 15 years of SAP experience, including at least 7 years with S/4HANA solutions. § SAP certification in FI or S/4HANA Finance. § Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments(e.g., RISE with SAP) and full lifecycle SAP implementations (design-build-test-deployment-hypercare). § Completed a minimum of 5 end-to-end full lifecycle implementation projects lasting at least 5 years in total), with at least 3 of them being S/4HANA projects § More than 7 years of team lead experience and managed and led at least 10 team members. Has worked on projects involving at least 30 company codes and/or plants
