Job Description We are looking for an experienced SCCM Administrator (Patch Management) to support endpoint management, patch deployment, and system compliance within a healthcare environment. You will play a key role in ensuring all systems are secure, updated, and aligned with regulatory requirements, while minimizing disruption to daily operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end patch management lifecycle (assessment, testing, deployment, reporting) • Deploy Microsoft Windows updates, security patches, and third-party updates • Administer and support SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager • Create and manage software packages, deployments, and device collections • Monitor patch deployment status and troubleshoot issues • Generate patch compliance and audit reports • Perform software packaging, testing, and distribution • Support OS deployment, imaging, and endpoint management • Ensure compliance with security policies and healthcare standards • Work closely with internal teams for change management and system updates Job Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SCCM / patch management • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager) • Experience in Windows patching and third-party application updates • Knowledge of software packaging and deployment processes • Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows environments • Experience in patch reporting and compliance monitoring
