About this role
• Work Location - Lower Delta • Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 7am - 4pm • Monthly Salary - up to $2800 • 12 Months Contract Job Scope: • Manage front counter operations and attend to enquiries • Handle incoming calls and provide administrative support to the General Office • Monitor and submit daily attendance reports for students and staff • Receive and coordinate incoming goods and inform relevant parties on deliveries • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, printing, and document collation • Provide basic first aid support to students when required • Support school operations and carry out other duties assigned by reporting officers or school leaders Requirements: • GCE 'N' Levels and above • Prior experience in school environment would be an advantage • Good communication skills • Proficient in MS Office Interested candidates, kindly email your resume to: vivien.khaw@tg-hr.com We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
