About this role
• Work Location - Bartley • Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm • Monthly Salary - up to $2800 • 11 months contract Job Scope: • Manage front counter operations and attend to enquiries • Handle incoming calls and provide administrative support to the General Office • Assist in managing the sickbay by attending to unwell and providing first-aid to students. (e.g.: open wound such as knee abrasion, cut finger, nose bleeding, fever • Handle lost and found money and items. • Assist in admin duties such as data entry, filing, laminating, sorting of mails, etc. • Packing and dissemination of brochures, forms and information booklets. • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area and sick bay. • Pack items into carton boxes • Any other duties assigned when required.
