About this role
• Provide both operational and administrative support in General Office • Photocopying worksheets • Sick bay duties • Office administrative duties such as printing • Assisting in inventory management • Ensuring a safe learning environment for canteen duties, porch duties, dismissal duties, temperature taking exercise • Assisting teachers in preparation and packing of teaching and learning resources • Maintenance and preparation of special rooms for lessons e.g. preparation for Science practical classes or housekeeping after Art lesson • Assisting in any out of the class/school activities • Any other duties related to supporting teachers and office staff as assigned by the Administrative Manager Workplace: Marymount area Working days: Mon-Wed 8am-5pm, Thurs 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-5pm Lunch: 30 mins $10/hr Assignment date: 11 May 2026 - 22 May 2026
