About this role
The Opportunity Adecco is partnering with a renowned technology company Responsibilities · Prepare periodic management reports (Korean - English) on key SCM KPIs, operational risks,and the progress of ongoing SCM initiatives across regional subsidiaries · Drive SCM work efficiency and process optimization by leveraging AI-based tools and data-driven approaches to improve reporting, analysis, andexecution effectiveness · Monitor system and operational data to identify issues in supply planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting, including supply shortages, aging inventory, and forecast inaccuracy · Conduct analysis of operational gaps and collaborate with local teams todefine, implement, and track corrective and continuous improvement actions · Collaborate with HQ and regional subsidiaries on SCM-related projects,including system implementation, process enhancement, operationalstandardization, and customer collaboration initiatives · Support ad hoc SCM-related assignments and business requests in responseto evolving operational and management priorities · Develop training materials (Korean - English) and conduct workshops to strengthensubsidiaries’ capabilities in SCM processes, systems, and best practices, whileserving as a regional SCM knowledge partner Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline · Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 1–2 years in supply chain management or a related function · Prior experience in SCM consulting, supply chain transformation, or SCMsolution / system implementation would be a strong advantage · Solid experience in data analysis, operational performance monitoring,and management reporting · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the abilityto translate data into clear and actionable business insights · Familiarity with database systems, ERP platforms, or supply chainplanning tools is preferred · Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability toidentify operational issues and recommend practical improvement measures · Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence inpresenting analysis, insights, and recommendations to management · Prior experience in training delivery, workshop facilitation, orcapability-building initiatives would be an advantage · Exposure to AI-based tools or digital solutions for business processimprovement would be an added advantage Additional preferred qualification: • Proficiency in Korean communication is preferred to support effective engagement with Korean-speaking stakeholders Next Step • Send your resume to: pearlyn.tan@adecco.com • We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
