About this role
Responsibilities : • Drive process improvement across Technology Delivery, critically evaluate current Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies spanning Agile, traditional Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce administrative overhead. • Conduct rigorous assessments of end-to-end technology delivery lifecycles, from architecture and requirements gathering through to CI/CD, testing, and release management. • Implement structural changes to streamline delivery workflows and reduce overall time-to-market. • Design and manage a comprehensive stakeholder feedback ecosystem. • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (e.g. complex arrays, dynamic data modelling, and pivot tables) to quantify qualitative feedback, track operational metrics, and pinpoint root-cause friction within delivery pipelines. • Orchestrate and moderate cross-functional alignment sessions encompassing engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders. • Drive meticulous agenda design, objective setting, conflict resolution, and consensus on process solutions. • Synthesize intricate process mechanics, risk controls, and performance metrics into polished Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. • Deliver executive-grade narratives to secure strategic buy-in from senior leadership and technology steering committees. • Champion Lean IT and Six Sigma principles to systematically identify and eliminate waste across all software engineering workflows. • Ensure all optimized frameworks align strictly with Technology Risk Management (TRM) guidelines and internal audit requirements. Requirements • 6-8 years of proven track record in technology process improvement, IT governance, or technology transformation within the financial services sector or complex corporate environments. • Around 10-12 years of total work experience. • Prior tenure at a top-tier management or technology consulting firm is considered a significant advantage. • Deep, practical understanding of enterprise-scale software engineering and SDLC mechanics. • Proven capability in managing the complexities of diverse delivery ecosystems, particularly the integration of modern Agile practices within heavily regulated environments. • Demonstrated application of Lean Process Management and Six Sigma frameworks. • Advanced interpersonal acumen with a demonstrated ability to navigate highly matrixed organizational structures, manage resistance to operational change constructively, and influence outcomes without direct authority. • Exceptional capability in leading high-stakes workshops, ensuring rigorous logistical preparation, active moderation, and the delivery of definitive, actionable outcomes. • Expert-level proficiency in leveraging data analysis to inform operational strategy. • Ability to construct sophisticated executive communications that drive decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
