Senior Automation Test Lead (Banking Domain – Java Selenium) – 12 months contract

Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Senior Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks and deep experience in banking/financial systems. This role requires active involvement in scripting, framework enhancement, and test execution — not just team management. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop automation test frameworks using Java & Selenium • Write and maintain automation scripts (hands-on coding required) • Execute automated and manual test cases for banking applications • Work closely with developers and business stakeholders in Singapore • Identify, track, and resolve defects using JIRA/ADO • Ensure high test coverage and quality deliverables Mandatory Requirements  • 10+ years in software testing with recent hands-on automation experience • Strong coding skills in Java + Selenium (minimum 3–5 years hands-on) • Experience with TestNG / JUnit / Automation Framework design • Prior experience in banking or financial services domain • Currently working in a hands-on automation role (not only managerial) • Must be available for onsite work in Singapore Preferred Skills • Experience with T24 / Wealth Management / Trading systems • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) • SQL knowledge for backend validation Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Software Systems, or related field
