About this role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Executive – ECM / IBM CMOD Administration to support and manage enterprise content management and archival systems within a dynamic production environment. The role involves administration, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) platforms and related infrastructure. Key Responsibilities• Manage and support IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) systems, including reports, applications, users, and storage components • Support report offloading and onboarding activities for enterprise applications and system replatform initiatives • Configure and maintain application groups, applications, folders, indexes, storage sets, storage nodes, and printers within CMOD • Monitor and maintain database performance, cache storage, archive storage, and backup systems • Automate recurring operational and housekeeping activities using Shell and Python scripting • Support backup, recovery, system tuning, and performance optimization activities • Troubleshoot and resolve CMOD-related production incidents, server issues, network issues, and application integration concerns • Support automation of report loading and workflow processes • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of operational and project-related tasks • Handle service requests, incident tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution activities • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancements • Maintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures Technical Skills & Competencies• IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) • ODF, ERM, ODWEK, CMOD indexing • Shell scripting and Python • Database knowledge in Oracle, DB2, MariaDB, or MySQL • RESTful APIs • System monitoring, backup, and storage management
