About this role
Duration: 1 yr contract Working Hours: Rotating Shifts ( 8am-5pm / 3pm -12am / 11:30pm -8am) Location: Central Job Scope: • Execute and achieve the objectives of the Integrated Materials Management and Component Services Program • Particular emphasis on execution and supporting program customers/suppliers around the world. • Perform order fulfillment through expediting the supply of needed items by liaison, coordination and follow up with internal & external stakeholders. • Works at the functional or program level to oversee administration,AOG support Plans and supply change management processes. • Point of contact for customer enquiries and support teams. • Coordinates development of solutions to order fulfillment related issues with product support teams, customers and suppliers. • Assist in the development of documentation related to Daily Management Tip Sheets, Business Scenarios and Desktop Procedures. • Identify special demand from customers and coordinate with Planning /Asset and Repair Teams for a viable plan. • Coordinates with 3rd party logistics provider to track shipments for both forward and reverse logistics. Job Requirements: • Min.
