Salary: Up to $6,000 Location: Queenstown Work hours: Monday – Friday, office hours Key Responsibilities • Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and organizational policies. • Monitor vendor performance and validate KPI reports. • Conduct audits, checks, and assessments to ensure service quality and compliance. • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues. • Support procurement activities, budgeting, billing, and payment processes. • Maintain proper documentation, records, and contract reports. • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements • Min. Degree, preferably in Healthcare, Hospitality, Horticulture, Contract Management, or related fields. • Experience in contract/vendor management or operations preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical, meticulous, and proactive. • Good leadership and project coordination abilities.
