THIS IS A 2-YEAR RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE. JOB DESCRIPTION: The job holder will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing education-related sales initiatives and events. This includes developing pricing strategies, overseeing day-to-day sales operations, and working closely with internal departments to meet the specific requirements of schools and educational partners. Candidates with teaching experience, prior involvement with MOE, or a background in education-related sales or tourism will be preferred. The successful candidate will report to Head of Sales. Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools, MOE divisions, and educational institutions through consistent engagement, follow-up, and relationship management. • Plan and execute education-related sales initiatives, including outreach events, exhibitions, and learning journey promotions. • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with pricing and profit guidelines. • Identify new education sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach and achieve sales targets. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handover and quality delivery of school programmes and events. • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and performance reports for management review. • Support continuous improvement by recommending initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and client experience. • Any other project/tasks as assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality/Tourism or related discipline. • 3 years of experience in Education Sales, School Engagement, or Partnership Development with MOE and educational institutions. • Experience in event sales or programme management within the MICE, tourism, or attractions sector will be beneficial. • Customer-focused, with strong skills in handling call-in and email enquiries professionally. • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Commercially aware, self-motivated, and proactive in driving sales opportunities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Demonstrates a professional demeanour, with a good command of spoken and written English. • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for promoting the Singapore Story will be an added advantage.
