About this role
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and validate daily system interface reviews across multiple platforms, ensuring data integrity and resolving discrepancies • Lead reconciliation processes across systems (collections, accounting, banking), including investigation of variances and failed transactions • Conduct periodic user access reviews for accounting systems and bank portals in compliance with governance policies • Manage and resolve complex helpdesk issues; improve knowledge base and response processes • Oversee end-to-end vendor creation and approval process, ensuring compliance with internal controls (segregation of duties) • Handle fixed assets and lease accounting, including capitalisation, adjustments, and audit support • Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation for systems and banking platforms • Configure and maintain grant management systems, including application forms, workflows, integrations, and user access controls • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks • Liaise with stakeholders, auditors, and system vendors on system, financial, and compliance matters Requirements:• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related field • 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance operations / system controls / reconciliation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with ERP systems, banking portals, or grant systems preferred • Ability to manage stakeholders and lead process improvements Other details • Start Date: 2nd June • Clearance Period: 2 weeks • Work Location: King George Avenue • Employment Type: 2-year contract (renewable) • Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • AWS "This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
