Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing/ FP&A/ Power BI) US MNC

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently. • Location: Woodlands • Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable) • Working Hours: Regular Office Hours Key Responsibilities: • Support costing, forecasting, and performance reporting for FE Operations • Perform variance analysis and cost tracking, providing clear insights on key drivers (e.g. volume, yield, labor, overhead) • Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort in reporting and data consolidation • Develop and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards for standardized reporting • Apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot (AI) to enhance analysis, reporting, and documentation (with proper validation) • Support planning and forecasting cycles, including data preparation and variance commentary • Collaborate with Operations, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver improvements • Ensure proper documentation, controls, and sustainability of processes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • 5–7 years of relevant experience in: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), cost accounting, or financial analysis Manufacturing / semiconductor / operations-driven environment (preferred) • Experience in contract or project-based roles is an advantage • Strong foundation in: Costing, variance analysis, and financial reporting • Familiar with: Month-end close processes (accruals, reconciliations) and Standard costing and manufacturing cost structures **Interested candidates, kindly email updated resume to xiaoyee@wanco-manpower.com with Subject of "Senior Financial Analyst", thank you.
