A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Senior HR Executive (1-year contract) position based in Singapore. Job Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for the Performance Management system, global guidelines, and handling technical inquiries from the region or staff members • Provide proactive support in overseeing performance management projects, encompassing coordination, implementation, and subsequent evaluation of results • Partner with regional teams to provide comprehensive support in implementing Global HR projects, fostering alignment and best practices across the organization • Collaborate closely with the system support team to manage employee inquiries and execute functional improvements for the performance management platform • Provide support and contribute to various ONEAcademy initiatives, ensuring consistency with established objectives • Participate in any ad-hoc projects and provide support as required Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline • 2 years of experience in HR, especially in performance management • Good time and project management skills, including overseeing timelines and follow-ups • Strong presentation and communication skills • Able to work independently and as a team player • Detail-oriented and meticulous Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and international officesAirswift care deeply about equity, diversity and inclusion, and we actively seek talent from diverse and underrepresented groups.
