About this role
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR department Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in recruitment activities (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews) Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports Support onboarding and offboarding processes Handle staff enquiries on HR-related matters Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with company policies Requirements: Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to handle confidential information with discretion Additional Info Working Location: Pasir Ris Working hour: 830am-6pm (Mon-Thur) / 8.30am-5.30pm (Fri) - 5 days work Lye Chong Herng (R1657957) Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd (96C4864)
