The project focuses on designing, developing, and modernizing a suite of software applications that support core business operations and improve user experience. It reflects our commitment to building robust, scalable, and future-ready platforms using modern architectures and best practices. Responsibilities • Proactively collaborate and communicate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze them, and deliver functional specifications and other deliverables within the SDLC framework. • Work with the Project Manager & internal IT departments, to design optimal solutions that meet business needs, ensuring requirements are transformed into effective solutions within agreed cost, schedule, and quality standards. • Closely coordinate with the Project Manager to plan and track functional activities and deliverables for project implementation, including requirements documentation, specifications, and test design and execution. • Participate in high-level technical design and implementation discussions, contributing insights from a business perspective, and engage in business analysis during solution and execution phases of project rollout. • Provide support to project teams to ensure tactical solutions remain lean and adaptable for future upgrades aligned with strategic architecture. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions. • Maintain technical documentation related to application design, workflows, and deployment Skills/Requirement • Preferably Bachelors degree-educated in Technology or Business disciplines. • At least 5 years of T24 experience, including a proven experience in business analysis, consultancy and/or project management, solution and delivery experience • Strong understanding of financial products and instruments, with hands-on experience implementing modules such as Securities, Corporate Actions, Treasury, and Derivatives. Knowledge of finance-related functionalities is essential. • Proven track record in business analysis and in understanding business needs and to translate them into functional specifications
