About the Project This role is part of our strategic transformation initiative, led and managed directly by our organization. The project focuses on designing, developing, and modernizing a suite of software applications that support core business operations and improve user experience. Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications to meet business and technical requirements. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. • Enhance and support existing applications with a focus on performance optimization and high-volume data processing. • Develop and optimize SQL queries and database components, supporting reconciliation and data integrity. • Work with Kafka messaging to enable reliable data integration and processing. • Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies while maintaining clear technical documentation. Skills/Requirement • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development for designing, developing, and maintaining web or backend applications. • Strong expertise in database design and SQL scripting, including query development and performance optimization. • Good understanding of reconciliation processes (technical and/or functional) within enterprise systems. • Working knowledge of Kafka messaging platform for event-driven or asynchronous data processing. • Proven experience working with large data volumes, including data ingestion into databases and applying performance tuning techniques. • Good-to-have experience with PowerShell or shell scripting for automation and operational support. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in complex environments.
