QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Senior PMO Analyst internship — a 12-month, on-site Design role based in ROBINSON ROAD, Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. It is open to university students, typically in Year 2–4. Key Responsibilities · Procurement Governance &Compliance · Oversee procurement lifecycle(PR, PO, invoicing, vendor documentation) ensuring strict adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements · Validate completeness and accuracy of vendor documentation, contracts, and approvals · Ensure procurement activities align with approved budgets, financial controls, and compliance frameworks(e.g., TPRM / vendor risk requirements) · Maintain clear documentation of procurement approvals, exceptions, and changes to ensure traceability Project Artifact Management & Regulatory Documentation · Ensure all project artifacts are complete, accurate, and version-controlled in compliance with PMO and regulatory documentation standards · Enforce mandatory documentation requirements for stage gates, governance reviews, and regulatory submissions · Maintain structured repositories to support regulatory reviews and control validation · Validate the availability and integrity of key documents including: · Business cases · Financial approvals · Risk and issue logs · Regulatory and compliance assessment documents · Ensure end-to-end traceability and consistency of documentation across the project lifecycle Compliance& Governance Support · Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and governance standards across all projects and BAU activities · Track and monitor compliance-related actions, dependencies, and remediation activities · Identify and escalate control gaps, documentation deficiencies, and compliance risks · Support regulatory initiatives(e.g., TPRM, data governance, data classification) by ensuring complete and accurate documentation · Promote best practices in documentation discipline and control adherence Project& BAU Closure (Control-Focused) · Lead project and BAU closure activities ensuring compliance with PMO closure criteria and governance standards · Perform financial reconciliation ensuring alignment with approved budgets and control requirements · Validate completion of procurement and compliance obligations prior to closure · Ensure all closure documentation is complete, approved, and properly archived for traceability · Maintain accurate and up-to-date closure status in PMO systems Stakeholder Management & Compliance Advisory · Act as a key liaison across Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams · Provide guidance on PMO governance, compliance standards, and documentation requirements · Drive timely submission of inputs ensuring adherence to governance controls and timelines · Proactively escalate risks related to compliance, data integrity, or documentation gaps · Support governance forums with compliance-focused insights and reporting. Required Skills & Experience · 7+ years of experience in PMO governance, project coordination, finance support, or analyst role. · Exposure to expense/financial management, BAU activities, or IT projects is an advantage. Technical& Analytical Skills · Good working knowledge of Excel(basic formulas, pivots, trackers). · Comfortable preparing documentation and reports in PowerPoint and Word. · Ability to follow structured processes and templates consistently. Tools Exposure (Nice to Have) · Familiarity with PMO, ITSM, or workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint). · Basic exposure to finance or procurement systems is a plus. Competencies · Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline. · Organized, dependable, and able to manage routine follow-ups. · Clear communicator comfortable working with multiple technology teams. · Willingness to learn PMO, financial, and procurement processes.
