Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre & Post Contract)

Key Responsibilities: •  Manage both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying functions. •  Review tender documents, prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions. •  Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. •  Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), extension of time (EOT) claims, and final accounts. •  Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. •  Administer subcontractor claims and payments. •  Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters. •  Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks throughout project execution. •  Prepare commercial reports and support management on contract-related matters. Requirements: •  Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry. •  Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract administration. •  Familiarity with Singapore construction contracts and practices. •  Experience in precast, civil engineering, infrastructure, or building construction projects will be an added advantage. •  Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
