LTD. is hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor /QS / Contracts Manager ( Construction/ Main Con experience / General Building Project exp ) Good Pay +Good Bonus internship — a 12-month, on-site Consulting role based in Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. It is open to university students, typically in Year 2–4. Applicants with experience in Construction, BIM, Outsourcing, Quantity Surveying, and Architectural are a strong fit.
About this role
• Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials/subcontractors outsourcing and costing • Preparation of budget and budget control • Competent to interpret the tender drawing, specification and contract documents • Sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors • Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ, post tender budgeting and ensuring cost control during construction period • Preparation of progress claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors • Quantity take off from drawings • Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders Requirements: • Academic in relevant Quantity Surveying /Building/Engineering/ BIM, Bachelor’s Degree • At least 3 years of related working experience in Singapore/Malaysia. • Familiar with steel structure work and building work. • Familiar in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural and steel joinery works is an advantage Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus • Interested candidates please send an updated Resume / CV in Ms Word format to lilian@recruitflash.com or WhatsApp’s your resume to 98332779 ( no Calls) • Consultant in-charge : Quah Li Lian (Lilian) ( Registration No: R1983286 )
