Senior System Analyst (SWIFT payment systems ) / 12 months contract

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our team, specializing in the payment banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems, financial processes, and banking operations. They will play a criticalrole in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of payment solutions. Our client is MNC IT services and consulting company , specializing in digital transformation, AI, cloud, and system integration. Responsibilities: • Requirement Gathering and Analysis. • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to payment systems. • Analyse and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. • Work closely with development teams to design and implement File conversion requirements using the mapping specifications. • Create mapping documents that show how eachsource field translates into the target format. • Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating results, and ensuring defects are resolved. • Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectation • Conduct workshops and presentations to gather feedback and validate requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. • Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork. Skills/Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the payment banking domain. • Extensive expertise in cash management and payment systems across APAC, including TT, FAST, GIRO, and other digital payment solutions. • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and process modelling software. • Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
