Role Overview Step into a high-impact cybersecurity role where you don’t just identify vulnerabilities—you shape how an organization understands, prioritizes, and mitigates risk globally. As a Lead Vulnerability Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of technical depth, strategic thinking, and program leadership—driving the evolution of vulnerability analysis practices across regions. You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) and decision-maker, influencing how critical security risks are assessed and addressed across applications, infrastructure, and third-party ecosystems. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable, data-driven security programs. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and prioritize CVE and internal vulnerabilities using risk-based methodologies (e.g., CVSS) • Act as SME for escalations, providing clear risk ratings and remediation guidance • Design and enhance global vulnerability analysis processes and programs • Perform QA reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement • Partner with engineering, security, and third-party teams to drive remediation • Identify and escalate critical risks, control gaps, and process failures • Support follow-the-sun operations for global coverage Skills & Experience • Strong experience in vulnerability analysis and risk assessment • Knowledge of CVSS, CPE, security frameworks, and attack techniques • Solid understanding of application, infrastructure, and IT security • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to lead programs, influence stakeholders, and work independently • Certifications like CISSP or Security+ (preferred) If interested, you can click on “Apply here” or write an e-mail to deeksha.agarwal@adecco.com with your updated resume.
