Service Enginner HVAC #HJN

Duties: • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and • efficiency. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions. • Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance practices to extend the lifespan of their • chiller systems. • Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements. • Execute commissioning processes for new chiller installations, ensuring systems are installed correctly and functioning as designed. • Collaborate with agent, customer and contractors to verify system performance and compliance with specifications. • Foster a collaborative working relationship with contractors, encouraging teamwork and shared problem-solving. • Work closely with the contractor to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing service tasks to ensure a safe working environment. • Conduct safety briefings and ensure all parties understand their responsibilities regarding safety. • May involve working in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings. • Field-based role with travel to client sites. • Available to respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.
